This is only an estimation and Music Promotion Worldwide will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.

Music Promotion Worldwide tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

2. Service

Private accounts may not be eligible a refund! Please insure that your account is public before ordering.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be made to Paypal. After a payment has been completed, there is no way to reverse it as the marketing funds go into preparing the campaign. You must be patient while we prepare your campaign for approximately one week before launch.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a charge-back against us for any reason.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and cancel the service

Orders placed in Music Promotion Worldwide will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund if we find the service is non deliverable..

Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

PROMOTION PROCESS

When you make an order, some of the funds go toward setting up the campaign. This means we have people looking into your music and deciding which type of audience would follow you based on your type of music. After ordering, your promotion is already in process, just not in the "publishing" stage yet.

After finishing preparations for your campaign, results will be displayed within the week. Preparations are important in order to guarantee results. If promotions started immediately, there would be poor results. We look forward to working with you!
